I had a fantastic stay! The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, and I enjoyed watching NFL games while dining. My room had a small fridge, which was perfect for snacks. I loved that the hot water and water pressure for the shower were excellent!

We explored beautiful spots like Las Terrenas and Las Galeras. Don’t miss the Merengue Festival in Santo Domingo if you're around in July. The pool area was a great place to relax after our adventures. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were super clean. Highly recommend staying here!
One bummer was that the younger housekeeper wasn’t very friendly, which put a little damper on things.

The location here is unbeatable—walking distance to everything! Staff are friendly and helpful, especially Obé, who provided great service. There were some issues with a small bed that wasn't too comfortable, but the food on-site was excellent and the cleanliness was top-notch.

Couple looking for fun
The entire staff was friendly and super accommodating , and Obé really went above and beyond to help out. There's a restaurant right by the courtyard with an extensive menu and the food was fantastic.
It wasn't exactly cheap , but for what you get, it's acceptable.

The room was very clean even smelled clean,
and the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. However, if you're sensitive to noise, the nearby bar can be a bit loud at night.

The Queen Room was pretty nice for the price. It was always clean, and I loved that it had hot water and decent shower pressure. The noise level was surprisingly low despite being in a busy street. It felt snug but not cramped, just right after a day exploring. Overall, a comfy stay!

Strongly recommend for a short stint
Great location, friendly staff, with a restaurant on-site that served excellent food choices that rivaled what I'd expect to pay at upscale places back home.

The location was perfect for exploring, and the poolside was a chill spot after a day out. The food on-site was great, with big portions that really hit the spot. I extended my stay because I loved it here! The room was always clean and had great water pressure for showers.

I really enjoyed my stay at Las Palmeras. The location couldn't be better, just a few minutes' walk to the beach. Obe, the manager, was incredibly helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. My room was always clean, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. I also loved the food on-site. it was delicious with generous portions. However, the mattress in my room was too small and not comfortable. I had trouble getting a good night’s sleep because of it. Also, I'd appreciate having a hairdryer available in the room as that would be a nice touch. Despite these issues, the atmosphere was vibrant, but if you're sensitive to noise, it might be worth considering a room further from the street. I extended my stay because I liked it so much, but those improvements could really elevate the experience.
